In search of a partner who can produce water filters for us, which we can use for surface water in developing countries and catstrophene areas, we came across a company in China that seemed to meet our requirements. We ordered 200 water filters with a pore diameter of 0.01 microns. These must be able to withhold bacteria such as coli bacteria (Escharechia coli) and viruses.

Strong setback for our project but we continue!

We sent 5 filters to a well-known laboratory and got the following test report: (please click)

Strong setback for our project but we continue!

For us, this test report means:

1. The filters from China make those in need sick, as they do not meet the international requirements for the effectiveness of water filters and are therefore useless to us;

2. a total loss of cooperation with the Chinese “partner,” since he wants to talk about the fact that the above (international) view on the effectiveness of water filters does not apply to its products. According to his statement, his filters with 0.001 microns could hold back that to filter material, which normally creates filters with 0.01 microns. He rejects recourse requests for recourse on our part.

We have thus suffered a severe setback, but this encourages us to continue in the realization of our project trinkbares-wasser-für-alle.de. We will order filters from a well-known American manufacturer whose products are in use worldwide until we have started our own production. To this end, we are now looking for supporters and experience providers in Europe. We will also be able to carry out this action with the filters from America with our own resources at the beginning.
